Who we are

CoStay is a research project by Ita Vero. We are researching staysharing, focus in new spaces, and how likeminded people explore and align around travel and co-working. This website and the vibe check are part of that research. We are not a booking platform or a commercial product — we are learning what is worth building.

What data we collect

We collect only what is necessary for our research:

• Vibe check — Your answers to the questionnaire (e.g. what brings you here, what matters when sharing a space, how you prefer to work, optional free text), plus your email if you choose to leave it at the end.
• Waitlist / early access — The email address you submit when you ask to stay in the loop.
• Contact — If you reach out by email, we keep the correspondence.

We do not track you across other websites for advertising. We may use basic analytics (e.g. how many people visit the site or complete the vibe check) in anonymised form.

How we use your data

We use the data only for research: to understand what resonates, what people look for in staysharing, and how to improve the concept. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for marketing campaigns or to “match” you with others. Aggregated, anonymised insights may inform how we describe CoStay or what we build next — but we do not identify you personally in any public or commercial context.

How long we keep it

We keep vibe check and waitlist data for as long as the research is active. If we end the project or stop using the data, we will delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).

Your rights

You can:

• Ask what data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete your data.
• Withdraw consent where we rely on it (e.g. for the vibe check).

To do any of this, contact us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
